Terms and Conditions

  1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Delta-T products by Blended Products Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) to consumers in England, Scotland and Wales. By placing an order you agree to these terms, which comply with UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 

2. ORDERING

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.  All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product is unavailable or if there are errors in the listing.  A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order via email or dispatch the product, whichever comes first. 

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.  Delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.  We accept payment via credit/debit cards via our online payment gateway on our website.  If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will inform you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. There may be some occasions when a proforma invoice will be emailed to you. In such cases, you must make a BACS payment, and once the payment has cleared, we will arrange for the delivery of the product. 

4. DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your product within 5 working days or within the timeframe specified during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.  Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout and included in your total order cost.  If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you, additional costs may apply. Delivery will be performed by FedEx or a courier of similar nature. Blended will inform you of your parcel tracking number. Please ensure you check the status of your delivery as your order will need to be signed for upon delivery.  If your first delivery is missed, you will need to make alternative arrangements with the courier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours. 

5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Under UK law, you can cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.  To cancel or return an order please call us on 01652 680555 between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm or email sales@blendedproducts.com.  Products must be returned unused and still sealed. Products must be protected for transition through the postal/courier system.  You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.  Refunds, including standard delivery charges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Goods must be in their original sealed condition in order for a refund to take place. Returns should be posted to:

6. CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights to remedies for faulty or mis-described goods. 

7. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use Delta-T products, or from any breach of these Terms and Conditions, is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.  Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.  We are not liable for any failure to perform, or delays in performance, due to events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise its impact on our services. 

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. 

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it securely. Any personal information you provide to us will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By placing an order with us, you agree to the processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.  We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This includes encryption, secure payment gateways, and restricted access to your personal information. 10.USE OF PRODUCTS

Delta-T products are designed for use in water-based heating and cooling systems as specified in the product documentation. To ensure optimal performance and safety, always follow the usage instructions provided. Do not mix Delta-T products with any other incompatible chemicals.  Keep Delta-T products out of reach of children and pets prior to use.  Abide by the safety warnings in the product material.  We disclaim all liability for damages or issues arising from improper or unauthorised use of Delta-T products, including but not limited to incorrect application or dosing, use in systems for which the product is not designed, failure to follow safety precautions or maintenance requirements.

We aim to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days. If more time is required, we will keep you informed of the progress.  If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to a manager by contacting us at enquiries@blendedproducts.com.  If we cannot resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service.  These steps do not affect your statutory rights. You are entitled to seek legal remedies or contact relevant regulatory bodies if necessary.
