The food and beverage industry demands the highest standards of purity, safety, and reliability at every stage of production. Blended Products supplies IBST grade, high-purity gases and chemicals that support food manufacturing, packaging, and preservation. With strict quality control and ISO 9001:2015 certification, we ensure products meet the requirements of UK and international food safety regulations.
Carbon dioxide plays a vital role across the sector. It is used to carbonate drinks, preserve freshness, and create protective modified atmospheres in packaging. For brewers, bottlers, and soft drink manufacturers, a consistent CO2 supply is essential to maintain product quality. Nitrogen is widely used in food packaging, where it helps displace oxygen and protect against spoilage, extending the shelf life of products such as snacks, bakery items, and ready meals. Sulphur dioxide is an important additive in wine production, acting as an antioxidant and antimicrobial agent to preserve flavour, colour, and consistency.
Blended Products offers flexible supply formats, from cylinders for small-scale operations through to bulk deliveries for high-volume producers. We support every part of the supply chain, from food processors and bottling plants to cold storage facilities and packaging lines. Our technical expertise ensures safe handling and efficient integration into your processes.
By providing high-purity gases and chemicals tailored to the needs of the food and beverage industry, Blended Products helps manufacturers deliver safe, consistent, and long-lasting products.
